Terms of Service Consent

Effective Date: April 29, 2026 (For individual members, these terms take effect immediately upon consent during the registration process.)


Article 1 (Purpose)

The purpose of these Terms and Conditions is to prescribe the conditions and procedures for using the travel preference analysis, customized travel destination recommendation, and travel itinerary management services provided by Bud/KKiIi (hereinafter referred to as the "Company"), as well as the rights, obligations, and responsibilities between the Company and the Member.

Article 2 (Definitions)

The definitions of the primary terms used in these Terms are as follows:

  1. Service: Refers to all services provided by the Company in web and mobile environments, including travel recommendations, persona analysis, and project management.
  2. Member: Refers to an individual who agrees to these Terms, enters into a user agreement, and uses the Service.
  3. Travel Persona Test: Refers to the function that analyzes a Member's travel tendencies and provides result values.
  4. Travel Project: Refers to a space where Members can save, manage, and share travel plans with others.

Article 3 (Disclosure, Effectiveness, and Amendment)

  1. The Company shall post the contents of these Terms on the service screen so that Members can easily access them. These Terms shall take effect immediately upon the completion of the consent procedure by the applicant.
  2. The Company may amend these Terms within the scope of relevant laws and regulations.
  3. In the event of an amendment, the Company shall announce it at least 7 days prior to the effective date (30 days for significant changes). If a Member continues to use the Service after the effective date, they shall be deemed to have agreed to the amended Terms.

Article 4 (Membership Registration and Contract Conclusion)

  1. The Service agreement is concluded when an applicant agrees to the Terms, applies for membership, and the Company approves the application. The contract is established and becomes effective when the Member completes the registration process by checking 'Agree'.
  2. Members must provide accurate information, such as email or social login (Naver, Kakao, Google, etc.), during registration.
  3. Members are responsible for managing their accounts and passwords and may not transfer or lend them to third parties.

Article 5 (Provision and Content of Service)

  1. The Company provides Travel Persona Tests, customized travel destination recommendations, project sharing and management, and travel information (based on external APIs).
  2. Services are provided 24/7 in principle, but may be temporarily suspended due to system maintenance or force majeure events such as natural disasters.
  3. The recommendation information provided by the Company is for reference only and does not guarantee the quality or safety of actual travel.

Article 6 (Rules of Use and Prohibited Acts)

Members shall not engage in any of the following acts:

  1. Stealing others' information or entering false information.
  2. Analyzing source code, unauthorized duplication, or attacking the Company’s systems.
  3. Posting or distributing information that violates public order and morals.
  4. Interfering with the Company's business or infringing on the intellectual property rights of third parties.

Article 7 (Rights and Management of Content)

  1. The copyright of the content posted by a Member within the Service belongs to that Member.
  2. The Company may use the Member's content non-exclusively for the purpose of service operation, improvement, and promotion.
  3. Content that infringes on the copyright of others may be deleted without notice, and the responsibility lies solely with the posting Member.

Article 8 (Limitation of Liability)

  1. The Company shall not be liable for damages related to the use of the Service unless there is intentional misconduct or gross negligence by the Company.
  2. THE COMPANY DOES NOT GUARANTEE THE ACCURACY OR RELIABILITY OF INFORMATION PROVIDED THROUGH EXTERNAL DATA (E.G., TOURAPI) AND ALGORITHMS, AND SHALL BE EXEMPT FROM LIABILITY FOR ANY INCIDENTS ARISING FROM RELIANCE ON SUCH INFORMATION.
  3. The Company is not obligated to intervene in disputes between Members and is not liable for any resulting damages.

Article 9 (Termination and Restrictions)

  1. Members may request to withdraw (terminate the contract) at any time through the settings menu within the Service.
  2. If a Member violates the Terms, the Company may take measures such as warnings, suspension of use, or revocation of membership.

Article 10 (Miscellaneous)

  1. Matters not specified in these Terms shall be governed by relevant laws and commercial practices.
  2. Any litigation between the Company and a Member shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, and the court having jurisdiction over the Company's headquarters shall be the competent court.

Addendum These Terms and Conditions shall be effective from April 29, 2026.
